College Affordability Package ($600)
- Introductory Meeting: Jenna starts with an introductory college affordability meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a free 15- to 20-minute initial phone call or online video meeting to learn more about the financial needs of the family.
- College Affordability Meeting #1 – Discuss an overview of the financial aid and scholarship process as well as the overall cost of college and what to be looking for. Talk through the different types of aid options and eligibility criteria. Discuss barriers to accessing financial aid and how to navigate them and common errors and how to avoid them.
- College Affordability Meeting #2 – Walk through the financial aid process, how to apply for financial aid, forms to fill out, common deadlines. Talk about strategies for finding and applying for scholarships. Create a timeline for applying for aid based on individual school deadlines. Discuss how to read financial aid award packages, and what to look out for.
